【摘要】 城市绿地存量更新是新时代城市园林绿化建设的重要方向。屋顶绿化作为立体绿化的主要形式，是盘活城市屋顶闲置资源、挖掘绿地存量潜力的关键途径。该研究系统梳理了中国屋顶绿化的发展历程与建设现状，剖析了其在社会保障、经济发展、社会认知、新优植物资源开发与利用、水资源利用、新技术挑战等领域存在的问题，并提出健全法规体系、纳入绿地存量更新整体规划，构建多元投资体系、强化更新资金保障，加强优良品种选育、适配空中绿地提质需求，加快技术工艺研发进程、提升存量更新适配性等发展策略，旨在为屋顶绿化规范化、规模化提供理论与实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban green space renewal is an important direction for urban landscape and greening construction in the new era. As a core form of vertical greening, roof greening serves as a key approach to revitalize idle urban roof resources and tap the potential of existing green space stock. This study systematically reviews the development history and construction status of roof greening in China, and analyzes the existing problems in the following areas: social support systems, economic development, public awareness, development and utilization of new superior plant resources, water resource utilization, and challenges associated with new technologies. Furthermore, this study proposes development strategies, including improving the legal and regulatory system, integrating roof greening into the overall planning of green space renewal, establishing a diversified funding system to strengthen financial support for renewal, intensifying the breeding and selection of germplasm resources to meet the quality improvement demands of aerial green spaces, and accelerating the research and development of technologies and techniques to enhance the adaptability to renewal. This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical references for the standardized and large-scale development of roof greening.更多还原
