AI赋能正畸学教育:从个性化学习到临床思维培养的范式革新
AI Empowering Orthodontic Education: Paradigm Shift from Personalized Learning to Clinical Thinking Development
【摘要】 随着人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)在医疗领域的迅猛发展,正畸学教育模式正面临深层次的结构转变,深入剖析了AI在正畸教育中个性化学习体系搭建、智能模拟训练平台搭建、精准化评估反馈机制等方面的创新应用,且与临床教学的实际情况相结合,说明了其提高教育效能的内在逻辑。同时审视了技术普及状态、数据伦理以及教师角色转变等现实困扰。AI依靠数据驱动优化学习路径、开展沉浸式技能训练与动态评估干预,大幅提高学生对正畸生物力学原理和临床诊断思维的掌握程度,需运用跨学科互助、伦理标准的制定及师资培训体系的优化,促进AI与正畸教育的深度契合,为培养兼具人工智能技术素养和临床实践技能的复合型人才构建全新教育范式。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) in the medical field, orthodontic education modes are undergoing profound structural transformations. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the innovative applications of AI in orthodontic education, including the establishment of personalized learning systems, intelligent simulation training platforms, and precision assessment and feedback mechanisms. By integrating these applications with clinical teaching practices, the paper elucidates the intrinsic logic behind their potential to enhance educational efficacy. Concurrently, the study examines practical challenges such as the current state of technological adoption, data ethics, and the evolving role of educators. AI-driven optimization of learning pathways, immersive skill training, and dynamic assessment interventions have significantly improved students’ mastery of orthodontic biomechanical principles and clinical diagnostic thinking. To achieve deeper integration between AI and orthodontic education, interdisciplinary collaboration, the formulation of ethical standards, and the optimization of teacher training systems are essential. These efforts will help establish a new educational paradigm for cultivating interdisciplinary talents equipped with both AI literacy and clinical practice skills.
