γ-Al2O3/MoO3固体酸催化剂合成过氧乙酸
Synthesis of peracetic acid using γ-Al2O3/MoO3 solid acid catalyst
【摘要】 因H2SO4在乙酸氧化法制备过氧乙酸(PAA)中存在不易分离、难回收、后处理困难等缺点,本文以γ-Al2O3、四水合钼酸铵为原料,浸渍-煅烧法制备了一系列γ-Al2O3负载MoO3复合材料(γ-Al2O3/MoO3)固体酸,替代H2SO4用于PAA的制备.NH3-TPD显示,γ-Al2O3/MoO-653拥有弱酸位点、中位酸位点、强酸位点,弱酸和中位酸位点的强度明显大于MoO3.由于复合材料中γ-Al2O3的Lewis酸较强,Al/Mo-65的Lewis酸强度较大,并且其Br??nsted酸、Lewis酸的强度随温度升高而下降.γ-Al2O3/MoO3均可在温和条件下制备PAA,其中Al/Mo-65用量为0.6 g、m(乙酸)∶m(过氧化氢)=1∶1(总质量60 g)、30℃反应24 h,PAA的质量浓度为6.76%;催化剂重复使用5次,PAA质量浓度降至3.51%.对比Al/Mo-65使用前后的XRD,催化剂成分不变,但MoO3衍射峰强度降低.自制的PAA对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果良好.
【Abstract】 As H2SO4 have disadvantages in the acetic acid oxidation method for preparing peracetic acid(PAA),such as difficulty in separation,poor recoverability and challenging post-treatment.A series of γ-Al2O3 supported MoO3 composites(γ-Al2O3/MoO3) wereprepared by the impregnationcalcination method using γ-Al2O3 and ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate as raw materials,in which γ-Al2O3/MoO3 was used as a solid acid catalyst instead of H2SO4 for synthesizing PAA.NH3-TPD results show that γ-Al2O3/MoO-653 possesses weak acid sites,medium acid sites and strong acid sites.Moreover,the strength of the weak acid sites or medium acid sites is significantly greater than MoO3.γ-Al2O3 has a strong Lewis acid property in the composite material,so Lewis acid strength of Al/Mo-65 is higher.With the temperature rises,the strength of Br??nsted acid and Lewis acid of Al/Mo-65 decreases in pyridine-infrared spectrum.γ-Al2O3/Mo O3 can be used to prepare PAA under mild conditions.Among them,the mass of Al/Mo-65 is 0.6 g,the concentration of PAA reaches 6.76% at 30 ℃ for 24 h when the mass ratio of CH3 COOH to H2O2 is 1∶1(60 g in total).The catalyst is recycled 5 times,and the concentration of PAA is 3.65%.Comparison of XRD before and after Al/Mo-65 usage,the composition of the catalyst remains unchanged.But the characteristic diffraction peak intensity of MoO3 in the used Al/Mo-65 is weakened.The active component of the Al/Mo-65 is lost.Self-made PAA has good antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
