【Abstract】 Lumbar intervertebral disc disorders seriously affect the health and life of patients. For some patients, the therapeutic effect of conservative treatment is unsatisfactory and they need to undergo surgical treatment. Minimally invasive endoscopic techniques are widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and have achieved considerable therapeutic effects.However, the syndrome of failed lumbar surgery often occurs. This article reviewed and analyzed a case of failed lumbar surgery syndrome after percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy, and discussed its causes, treatment methods and preventive strategies, providing clinical references for reducing the occurrence of lumbar surgery failure syndrome.更多还原
