【摘要】 目的：探讨基于配偶的自我表露干预对乳腺癌生存者重返工作准备度及心理困扰的影响。方法：将2024年10月—2025年8月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的196例乳腺癌生存者按随机数字表法分为对照组（n=98，常规护理）和试验组（n=98，在对照组基础上联合基于配偶的自我表露干预）。比较两组干预效果。结果：出院后4周和出院后8周，试验组重返工作准备度量表评分高于对照组（P<0.001）；出院后8周，试验组痛苦表露指数量表、自我效能感量表及癌症康复评价简表各维度评分优于对照组（P<0.05）；出院后8周，试验组心理困惑管理量表评分低于对照组（P<0.001）。结论：基于配偶的自我表露干预可有效提高乳腺癌生存者的自我表露水平，改善生活质量，减轻其心理困扰，增强重返工作准备度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of spouse-based self-disclosure intervention on the readiness for return-to-work and psychological distress in survivors with breast cancer. Methods: According to random number table method, 196 survivors with breast cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University between October 2024 and August 2025 were divided into control group(n=98, routine nursing) and experimental group(n=98, spouse-based self-disclosure intervention on basis of control group). The intervention effects in the two groups were compared. Results: At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after discharge,scores of the readiness for return-to-work scale in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001). At 8 weeks after discharge, scores of distress disclosure index, general self-efficacy scale and cancer rehabilitation evaluation system short form in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). At 8 weeks after discharge, score of distress management panel in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.001). Conclusion: Spouse-based selfdisclosure intervention can effectively increase self-disclosure level, improve quality of life, alleviate psychological distress and enhance readiness for return-to-work in survivors with breast cancer.更多还原
