【摘要】 目的：探究推拿联合针刺疗法在颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2025年8月丰县人民医院收治的颈椎病患者89例，按随机数字表法分为对照组（n=44）、观察组（n=45）。对照组给予常规对症治疗及止痛药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺及推拿疗法。对比两组治疗效果、颈椎功能、疼痛程度。结果：观察组总有效率较对照组更高（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组颈椎功能障碍指数、视觉模拟评分法评分较对照组更低（P<0.001）。结论：推拿联合针刺疗法治疗颈椎病的效果确切，可有效改善患者颈椎功能及疼痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of massage combined with acupuncture therapy in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods: A total of 89 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Fengxian People’s Hospital from January 2021 to August 2025 were selected and divided into control group(n=44) and observation group(n=45) by random number table method. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment and analgesic medication, while the observation group was given acupuncture and massage therapy based on the control group. The therapeutic effect, cervical function, and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results: The overall response rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of neck disability index and visual analogue scale in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.001). Conclusion: The combination of massage and acupuncture therapy has exact efficacy in treatment of cervical spondylosis, and can effectively improve cervical function and pain symptoms of patients.更多还原
