【摘要】 目的：分析益肾缓衰方联合西医常规治疗对慢性肾脏病（CKD）5期患者的影响。方法：选取2024年7月—2025年9月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治的湿浊内蕴型CKD 5期患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组30例。对照组接受西医常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合益肾缓衰方治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组血尿素氮、血肌酐水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组（P<0.001）；治疗后，研究组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌菌落数高于对照组（P<0.001），大肠埃希菌、肠球菌菌落数低于对照组（P<0.001）。结论：益肾缓衰方联合西医常规治疗用于CKD 5期患者的效果较好，可能改善患者肾功能，改善全身炎性状态，调节肠道菌群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the impact of the Yishen Huanshuai Formula combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) in stage 5. Methods: Sixty patients with CKD stage 5 who were admitted to Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2024 to September 2025 and whose condition was characterized by internal accumulation of dampness were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and study group using a random number table, with thirty cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the study group was treated with the Yishen Huanshuai Formula in addition to the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After the treatment, the levels of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α, and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001). After treatment, the colony counts of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001), while the colony counts of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion: The combination of the Yishen Huanshuai Formula and conventional Western medicine treatment is effective for patients with CKD stage 5. It may improve the patient’s renal function, alleviate the systemic inflammatory state, and regulate the intestinal flora.更多还原
