【摘要】 在多模态AI技术驱动下，设计产业的生产要素、创新范式及人才素养正经历系统性重构。高职设计产教融合共同体作为设计行业人才供给中枢，面临智能化转型的迫切需求。本文旨在剖析共同体的转型困境，探索具有针对性的突破路径。研究采用文献研究法梳理技术赋能与协同治理理论基础，剖析共同体转型的内在逻辑与核心价值。结果显示，共同体转型面临理念认知偏差、技术适配梗阻、机制运行僵化、人才支撑薄弱等核心困境。据此，提出理念革新、技术适配、机制创新、人才提质等突破路径，为高职设计产教融合共同体的转型提供了可借鉴的理论与实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by multimodal AI technology,the production factors,innovation paradigms and talent qualities of the design industry are undergoing systematic reconstruction.As the talent supply center of the design industry,the production-education integration community in higher vocational design is facing an urgent need for intelligent transformation.This article aims to analyze the transformation dilemma of the community and explore targeted breakthrough paths.The research adopts the literature review method to sort out the theoretical basis of technology empowerment and collaborative governance,and analyze the internal logic and core values of community transformation.The results show that the transformation of the community is confronted with core dilemmas such as deviation in concept and cognition,obstruction in technology adaptation,rigidity in mechanism operation,and weak talent support.Based on this,breakthrough paths such as concept innovation,technology adaptation,mechanism innovation,and talent quality improvement are proposed,providing a theoretical and practical paradigm for reference in the transformation.更多还原
