【摘要】 运用案例分析等研究方法,基于创新生态系统理论,从主体、要素、流程与环境四个维度,剖析创新生态系统赋能体育产业高质量发展的逻辑框架。结合典型案例,研究识别出赋能过程中存在的现实困境,并提出优化路径。研究认为,赋能机制遵循“主体协同-要素转化-流程再造-环境优化”四位一体的演进逻辑。主要问题包括:政产学研供需结构性失衡,大中小体育企业协同创新不力;数据转化与技术创新不足,资金人才支持薄弱;数智化转型断层,体育产业业态融合阻滞;宏观调控与制度保障势弱,体育产业绿色低碳发展受阻。提出的优化路径如下:强化多元主体协作与企业融通创新,推动体育产业协同发展;夯实数字基建与要素保障,驱动体育产业能级跃升;推动全产业链数智化转型与梯度融合,促进体育产业业态精进;深化制度设计与实践创新,助推体育产业绿色发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopting case analysis and based on the innovation ecosystem theory, this study analyzes the logical framework of the innovation ecosystem empowering the high-quality development of the sports industry from four dimensions: actors, elements, processes, and environment. Combined with typical cases, the study identifies the practical dilemmas existing in the empowerment process and puts forward optimized pathways. It holds that the empowerment mechanism follows an integrated four-dimensional evolutionary logic of “actor collaboration-element transformation-process reengineering-environment optimization.” The main problems include: structural imbalance between supply and demand in government-industry-university-research collaboration, inadequate collaborative innovation among large, medium and small sports enterprises; insufficient data transformation and technological innovation, and weak support for funds and talents; fault lines in digital-intelligent transformation and obstacles to the integration of sports industry formats; weak macro-control and institutional guarantees, and hindrances to the green and low-carbon development of the sports industry. The optimization pathways are as follows: strengthening multi-actor collaboration and integrating innovation among enterprises to promote the coordinated development of the sports industry, consolidating digital infrastructure and factor guarantee to drive the upgrading of the sports industry level, enhancing the digital-intelligent transformation and gradient integration of the entire industrial chain to promote the refinement of sports industry formats, deepening institutional design and practical innovation to boost the green development of the sports industry.更多还原
