澳洲大蠊实验室饲养观察种群的建立

【摘要】 目的 探讨澳洲大蠊实验室饲养、繁殖技术,建立澳洲大蠊实验室种群。方法 采用标准化饲喂方案,人工控制温湿度,连续观察记录其孵化周期、生长发育和种群动态。结果 保持温度24~28℃,湿度60%~70%的饲养条件,澳洲大蠊逐渐适应,一年中有10个月可以产卵,7—9月产卵最多。结论 通过严格的饲养室管理,成功建立了能够在饲养室正常饲养、繁殖的澳洲大蠊种群。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the laboratory feeding and breeding techniques and establish a laboratory population of Periplaneta australasiae. Methods Standard feeding scheme was adopted, temperature and humidity were controlled manually, and their hatching cycle, growth and population dynamics were continuously observed and recorded. Results P. australasiae gradually adapted to the conditions of maintaining a temperature of 24-28 ℃ and a humidity of 60%-70%. It can lay eggs for 10 months of the year, and lay the most eggs from July to September. Conclusion Through strict breeding room management, a population of P. australasiae that can be raised and reproduced normally in the breeding room were successfully established.
