【摘要】 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法，系统探究西北鞭杆的当代活态传承路径。研究发现，西北鞭杆源于游牧与农耕需求，经军事、文化交融演进，形成兼具刚猛实战风格的文化体系，其技法融合生产生活与战争智慧，在民俗中承载驱邪祈福的寓意。当前，其活态传承面临人才断层、传播局限、法律保护不完善等困境。研究提出，构建“政策保障—教育融入—传播创新—传承人保护—法律完善”五位一体的协同活态传承体系，通过学校教育普及、现代传播矩阵搭建、政社企校多方联动等策略激活活态传承活力。旨在为揭示西北地域文化与武术融合的历史逻辑提供理论支撑，也为非物质文化遗产的活态传承实践提供方法论参考，对推动传统武术在当代社会的创造性转化具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research mainly adopts methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys to systematically explore the contemporary living inheritance path of the Northwest whip.Research has found that the Northwest whip originated from the needs of nomadic and agricultural life.Through the integration of military and cultural elements,it has evolved into a cultural system that combines a fierce and practical combat style.Its techniques integrate the wisdom of production,life,and warfare,and in folk customs,it carries the meaning of warding off evil and praying for blessings.Currently,its living inheritance faces challenges such as talent gaps,limited dissemination,and incomplete legal protection.The research proposes to build a five-in-one collaborative living inheritance system of "policy guarantee-education integration-communication innovation-inheritor protection-legal improvement"and activate the vitality of living inheritance through strategies such as popularizing school education,building a modern communication matrix,and multi-party linkage of government,society,enterprises and schools.This research not only provides theoretical support for revealing the historical logic of the integration of Northwest regional culture and Wushu,but also offers methodological references for the living inheritance practice of intangible cultural heritage,and is of great significance for promoting the creative transformation of traditional Wushu in contemporary society.更多还原
