【Abstract】 This study conducts a systematic analysis of the conceptual definition of Qinna through documentary research and expert interviews.Building upon the author’s extensive experience in martial arts practice and pedagogical expertise,it establishes a refined academic definition by examining the genus and differentia of existing Qinna definitions,with the objective of elucidating its cultural profundity.The research posits that Qinna constitutes an intricate technical subsystem within Chinese martial arts,characterized by its biomechanical sophistication.Predicated on principles of human anatomy,meridian theory,and mechanical science,this discipline employs controlled articulation techniques as its core methodology.Through systematic integration of percussive strikes,throwing maneuvers,and joint manipulation targeting articular structures,acupressure points,and vulnerable anatomical regions,it induces non-compensatory physiological responses including pain induction,syncope,and motor dysfunction,thereby achieving tactical objectives of subjugation or neutralization of adversarial resistance.更多还原
