【摘要】 八极拳是我国传统武术项目之一，也是中华民族的非物质文化遗产，为了更好的传承八极拳，文章对八极拳的传承现状进行分析。研究得出，目前八极拳传承中存在的困境包含了技术困境、制度困境和认同困境。针对八极拳传承困境，提出了明确八极拳的技术定位、守正创新打破制度弊端和多元传播破除认同困境的八极拳传承破局对策，旨在促进八极拳运动的传承和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bajiquan is one of the traditional Wushu and also a non-material cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.In order to better inherit Bajiquan,this article analyzes the current situation of its inheritance.The research concludes that the difficulties in the inheritance of Bajiquan currently include technical difficulties,institutional difficulties,and identity difficulties.In response to the difficulties in the inheritance of Bajiquan,this article proposes countermeasures to break the deadlock in its inheritance,namely clarifying the technical positioning of Bajiquan,adhering to the orthodoxy while innovating to break institutional drawbacks,and diversifying dissemination to overcome identity difficulties,aiming to promote the inheritance and development of Bajiquan.更多还原
