【摘要】 目的：分析我国居民中医药服务利用现状及影响因素，为提升中医药服务能力提供参考。方法：使用2021年中国综合社会调查数据，基于安德森卫生服务利用模型，将影响中医药服务利用的因素归纳为倾向特征、使能资源、需求因素和健康行为四个维度，采用描述性统计、χ~2检验、二元Logistic回归分析，探究四个维度因素对我国居民中医药服务利用行为的影响。结果：2 416名调查对象中医药服务总体利用率为40.98%，女性、高收入、同时参加基本医疗保险和商业补充医疗保险、患慢性病、偶尔饮酒的人群，更倾向于利用中医药服务。结论：我国居民中医药服务整体利用水平不高，应综合考虑人口与地理因素，合理配置中医药资源，促进优质中医药资源扩容和均衡布局；建设智慧共享中药房，均衡不同类别中医药服务利用；从服务供给、医疗保障、文化传播等方面多措并举，促进居民利用中医药服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) service utilization among residents in China, and to provide reference for improving TCM service capacity. Methods Using data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS), Andersen’s Behavioral Model of Health Services Utilization was used to categorize influencing factors of TCM service utilization into four dimensions of predisposing characteristics, enabling resources, demand factors, and health behaviors. Descriptive statistics, χ~2 tests, and binary logistic regression analysis were employed to examine the impact of these dimensions on TCM service utilization among residents in China. Results Among 2 416 surveyed subjects, the utilization rate of TCM services was 40.98%. Individuals who were female, had higher income, participated in both basic medical insurance and commercial supplemental medical insurance, had chronic diseases, or occasionally consumed alcohol were more inclined to utilize TCM services. Conclusion The overall utilization level of TCM services among residents in China remains low, it is necessary to rationally allocate TCM health resources by comprehensively considering demographic and geographic factors to promote the expansion and balanced distribution of high-quality TCM, establish smart and shared traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies to balance the utilization of different categories of TCM services, and take multiple measures in terms of service supply, medical insurance, and cultural dissemination to promote TCM service utilization among residents.更多还原
