【摘要】 目的：对辅助生殖类医疗服务价格项目立项指南的落地情况进行分析。方法：比较分析各省立项指南落地周期、价格项目和价格水平差异；通过价区匹配法分析价格水平与经济社会发展水平价区的匹配度，并绘制多项式拟合费用曲线。结果：全国各省辅助生殖类价格项目立项指南落地共耗时18个月，各项要素基本实现了统一规范，31个省（区、市）共有303个项目（81.45%）的价格水平与经济发展水平完全匹配或基本匹配；4种常见辅助生殖技术的手术费用拟合曲线呈“盆地曲线”。结论：辅助生殖类价格项目基本实现全国标准化，价格水平与价区呈现匹配良好的态势，但仍存在落地周期较长、加收减收项和除外耗材收费管理方式不一、少数地区价格与经济发展水平不匹配等问题；国家层面应加大对立项指南落地的统筹指导力度，统一规范加收减收项和除外耗材收费管理，确保医疗服务价格改革及各类立项指南落地工作平稳有序推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the implementation status of the Project Approval Guidelines for assisted reproductive medical service price items. Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on implementation cycles, price item variations, and price level differences among provinces. The price range matching method was used to analyze the alignment between price levels and the level of economic and social development, and polynomial fitting cost curves were constructed. Results The nationwide implementation of the assisted reproductive price project guidelines took 18 months, with basic standardization and unification achieved across key elements. Among 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities), 303 items(81.45%) showed complete or basic alignment between price levels and economic development levels. The surgical cost fitting curves for four common assisted reproductive technologies exhibited a "basin curve" pattern. Conclusion Assisted reproductive price items have achieved basic national standardization, with generally favorable alignment between price levels and regional economic development. However, challenges remain, including relatively long implementation cycles, inconsistent management approaches for additional/reduced charges and excluded consumables, and misalignment between prices and economic development levels in a few regions. It is recommended that national authorities strengthen coordinated guidance for guideline implementation, standardize the management of additional/reduced charges and excluded consumables, and ensure the smooth and orderly progress of medical service price reform and various project approval guideline implementations.更多还原
