【摘要】 目的 探讨安全大模型的自身安全风险，构建多维协同防御体系，系统识别并应对安全大模型在医院网络运营中的自身风险，以推动安全大模型在医院环境中的合规与安全应用。方法 基于医院实际安全需求，系统剖析安全大模型在医院网络运营中逐渐凸显的数据、模型、系统及运营管理等多维安全风险，构建“数据-模型-架构-运营”多维协同的风险应对体系与分层防御机制。结果 形成了数据全链条信任、模型鲁棒性增强、系统弹性架构及人机协同运营的全生命周期防护方案，促进了医院网络安全运营防护体系与应对策略的构建。结论 安全大模型在医院网络运营中的自身风险与防御体系研究，为医院安全大模型的合规化与安全化应用提供了理论与实践指导，有助于推动医疗网络安全体系化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the multi-dimensional security risks-including data integrity, model reliability, system integration, and operational management-that have emerged during the progressive implementation of security large models in hospital network operations, with the aim of systematically identifying and addressing these inherent risks to promote compliant and secure deployment of security large models in healthcare environments. Methods Based on actual hospital security requirements, we systematically analyzed these risks and constructed a “data-model-architecture-operation” multidimensional collaborative risk response system with a hierarchical defense mechanism. Results A full lifecycle protection solution was established, comprising a full-chain data trust system, enhanced model robustness, resilient system architecture, and human-machine collaborative operations, which facilitates the formation of a comprehensive protection system and response strategies for hospital network security operations. Conclusion Research on the intrinsic risks and defense system of security large models in hospital network operations provides both theoretical and practical guidance for the compliant and secure application of security large models in hospitals, contributing to the systematic development of medical network security infrastructure.更多还原
