【摘要】 目的 探究模拟培训课程联合线上教学在眼科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年9月—2024年12月郑州大学第一附属医院眼科专业基地的114名住培医师为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两组，各57名。两组均采用传统教学法，对照组在此基础上予以线上教学，观察组在对照组基础上联合模拟培训课程。对比两组考核成绩、沟通能力、临床思维能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组理论知识、临床技能操作成绩分别为（86.68±5.79）分、（90.41±4.15）分，高于对照组的（81.34±7.02）分、（82.08±4.63）分，差异均有统计学意义（t=4.431,10.115;P均<0.05）。观察组教学后的职业素养、沟通技巧、综合评价、临床思维能力及教学满意度均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 模拟培训联合线上教学可促进眼科住培医师专业考核成绩、沟通能力及临床思维能力改善，提升整体教学满意度，为眼科住培高质量开展提供有力支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of simulation training courses combined with online teaching in the standardized training(resident training) of ophthalmology residents. Methods A total of 114 resident physicians from the Ophthalmology professional base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with fifty-seven in each group. Both groups adopted the traditional teaching method. The control group was given online teaching on this basis, while the observation group was combined with simulation training courses on the basis of the control group. Compared the assessment results, communication skills, clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills operation in the observation group were 86.68±5.79 and 90.41±4.15, respectively, which were higher than 81.34±7.02 and 82.08±4.63 in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.431, 10.115; both P<0.05). After teaching, the professional quality, communication skills, comprehensive evaluation, clinical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion Simulation training combined with online teaching can promote the improvement of professional assessment scores, communication skills and clinical thinking abilities of ophthalmology resident physicians, enhance the overall teaching satisfaction, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of ophthalmology resident training.更多还原
