【摘要】 精神科诊疗高度依赖医患沟通，临床带教作为该能力培养的核心载体，当前培养模式仍存在明显不足。本文以精神科临床带教中医患沟通能力培养为切入点，分析其核心必要性，并针对性提出优化策略，涉及构建系统化阶梯式沟通教学课程体系、创新多元化教学方法与情境模拟训练、建立全过程评估与个性化反馈指导机制、加强带教老师教学能力发展与团队建设、注重学生心理支持与职业身份建构引导，从完善医疗系统层面制度保障与资源支持等方面，为提升精神科临床带教中沟通能力培养质量、构建科学规范的培养体系提供理论指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 Psychiatric diagnosis and treatment are highly dependent on doctor-patient communication, and clinical teaching serves as the core carrier for the cultivation of this ability. However, the current training model still has obvious deficiencies. Taking the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability in psychiatric clinical teaching as the entry point, this paper analyzes its core necessity, and puts forward targeted optimization strategies, involving the construction of a systematic and hierarchical communication teaching curriculum system, the innovation of diversified teaching methods and scenario simulation training, the establishment of a whole-process assessment and personalized feedback guidance mechanism, the strengthening of clinical teachers’ teaching ability development and team building, the emphasis on students’ psychological support and guidance in professional identity construction, and the improvement of institutional guarantees and resource support at the medical system level, so as to provide theoretrcal guidance for improving the quality of communication ability training in psychiatric clinical teaching and constructing a scientific and standardized training system.更多还原
