【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺穴位在桡骨远端骨折后应急止痛中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月—2024年8月在泉州市正骨医院正骨科行手法整复的62例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组（n=31）和观察组（n=31）。对照组在手法整复前接受常规镇痛，观察组在手法整复前接受针刺穴位镇痛。比较2组不同时间点视觉模拟评分法（visual analog scale,VAS）评分、不良反应及镇痛满意度。结果 镇痛后，观察组VAS评分为（4.03±0.21）分，低于对照组的（4.57±0.24）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手法整复时，观察组VAS评分为（2.46±0.12）分，低于对照组的（3.25±0.13）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组镇痛总满意度为96.77%(30/31)，高于对照组的74.19%(23/31)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率为3.23%(1/31)，与对照组的9.68%(3/31)比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论 针刺穴位可有效缓解桡骨远端骨折患者疼痛程度，提高镇痛满意度，且安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint acupuncture in emergency analgesia after distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 62 patients with distal radius fracture who underwent manipulative reduction in the department of orthopaedics of Quanzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into a control group(n=31) and an observation group(n=31) by the random number table method. The control group was given routine analgesia before manipulative reduction, and the observation group was given acupoint acupuncture analgesia before manipulative reduction. The visual analog scale(VAS) scores at different time points, adverse reactions, and analgesic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After analgesia, the VAS score of the observation group was(4.03±0.21) points, which was lower than(4.57±0.24) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). During manipulative reduction, the VAS score of the observation group was(2.46±0.12) points, which was lower than(3.25±0.13) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total analgesic satisfaction rate was 96.77%(30/31) in the observation group, which was higher than 74.19%(23/31) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 3.23%(1/31) in the observation group, compared with 9.68%(3/31) in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture can effectively relieve pain in patients with distal radius fracture, improve analgesic satisfaction, and demonstrate good safety.更多还原
