【摘要】 目的 研究玉泉丸合白虎加人参汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR）的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2024年7月福建省南平市人民医院收治的102例NPDR患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为研究组（n=51）和对照组（n=51）,2组患者均接受常规降糖疗法，对照组加服羟苯磺酸钙治疗，研究组加服玉泉丸合白虎加人参汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗，比较2组患者的症状评分、视力、视敏度、眼底指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗3个月后视物不清、眼睛干涩、口干舌燥、精神不振、肢体麻木评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组治疗3个月后视力和视敏度分别为（0.67±0.08）、（23.26±3.56），高于对照组的（0.51±0.22）、（21.67±3.52），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组治疗3个月后视网膜血流循环时间、血管渗漏面积、毛细血管无灌注区面积、微血管瘤个数分别为（15.13±2.69）s、（0.27±0.06）cm~2、（0.63±0.06）cm~2、（15.31±2.63）个，低于对照组的（17.25±2.53）s、（0.68±0.11）cm~2、（0.70±0.12）cm~2、（16.39±2.76）个，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为1.96%，低于对照组的15.69%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 玉泉丸合白虎加人参汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗NPDR，可有效减轻患者临床症状，有助于患者恢复视力并控制病变进展，治疗安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yuquan pills and modified Baihu Plus Renshen decoction combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR). Methods A total of 102 patients with NPDR admitted to Fujian Nanping People’s Hospital from January 2021 to July 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into study group(n=51) and control group(n=51) using a random number table. All patients received conventional hypoglycemic therapy. The control group was additionally treated with calcium dobesilate, while the study group was treated with Yuquan pills and modified Baihu Plus Renshen decoction combined with calcium dobesilate. The symptom scores, visual acuity, visual sensitivity, fundus indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of blurred vision, dry eyes, dry mouth and tongue, lassitude and numbness of limbs in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the visual acuity and visual sensitivity in the study group were(0.67±0.08) and(23.26±3.56), respectively, which were higher than(0.51±0.22) and(21.67±3.52) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the retinal blood circulation time, vascular leakage area, capillary non-perfusion area and number of microaneurysms in the study group were(15.13±2.69) s,(0.27±0.06) cm~2,(0.63±0.06) cm~2 and(15.31±2.63) pieces, respectively, which were lower than(17.25±2.53) s,(0.68±0.11) cm~2,(0.70±0.12) cm~2 and(16.39±2.76) pieces in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.96%, which was lower than 15.69% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Yuquan pills and modified Baihu Plus Renshen decoction combined with calcium dobesilate can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, improve visual acuity, control the progression of lesions, and achieve high safety in the treatment of NPDR.更多还原
