【摘要】 职业本科教育作为高层次的职业教育类型，是构建现代职业教育体系、优化高等教育结构的关键举措。新疆W职业院校依托自身办学实力和机遇，成功跻身职业本科院校行列，但在此过程中，W职业院校也面临着专科思维与本科标准的适配冲突、师资队伍结构与能力难以匹配本科需求、惯性的治理模式与本科院校治理需求脱节等诸多挑战。对此，W职业院校通过明确定位、建强师资和夯实制度等措施，有效解决了学校升本过程中的问题。明确“职业+本科”的办学定位、构建“引育留用”一体化的师资队伍结构、健全现代职业本科院校内部治理体系是W职业院校摆脱治理困境的主要启示，可以为其他职业院校升格提供理论依据和实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an advanced type of vocational education,undergraduate vocational education is a key measure to construct a modern vocational education system and optimize the structure of higher education. Relying on its educational strength and development opportunities,Xinjiang W Vocational College has successfully been upgraded to an undergraduate-level.However,in the process of upgrading,the college has encountered multiple governance dilemmas,including the adaptive conflict between college school-running concept and undergraduate university standards,the mismatch between the structure and capacity of the teaching staff and the requirements of undergraduate education,and the disconnection between the inertial governance model and the governance needs of undergraduate universities.In response to these problems,W Vocational College has effectively addressed the challenges in its upgrading by clarifying its orientation,strengthening its teaching staff,and improving relevant regulations.The main implications drawn from its practice are as follows:clarifying the educational orientation of “vocationality + undergraduate”,building an integrated teaching staff construction system of “introduction,cultivation,retention and utilization”,and improving the internal governance system of modern undergraduate vocational colleges.These findings can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for other vocational colleges in their upgrading process.更多还原
