【摘要】 2016年5月17日,习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上发出“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学”的重要指示。2022年,习近平总书记在中国人民大学考察时进一步强调指出“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学,归根结底是建构中国自主的知识体系”。作为哲学社会科学重要组成部分,如何进一步推进中国特色哲学社会科学的知识创新、理论创新和方法创新,中国国际关系学界重任在肩、使命在身。长期以来,西方国际关系理论立足于近现代以来西方的国际关系和外交实践,难以解释包括中国在内的广大“全球南方”国家的发展经验。与此同时,自中华人民共和国成立以来,中国波澜壮阔的大国外交实践丰富多彩、成就斐然,但是,在西方国际关系理论范式、话语、概念的遮蔽下,中国国际关系和外交实践经验却长期处于理论失语困境,难以凝练、升华为自主的理论体系。中国宏大、独特和丰富的外交实践为构建国际关系学科自主知识体系提供了重要基础,实践导向也是中国国际关系理论创新的重要指引。为进一步推进中国国际关系自主知识体系建构,更好回答中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问,本刊约请四位知名专家围绕“中国外交实践与国际关系学科自主知识体系构建”主题展开研讨,以深化习近平外交思想的体系化、学理化研究阐释,进而加快构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 On May 17,2016,President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the Symposium on the Work of Philosophy and Social Sciences,calling for the "accelerated development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics".In 2022,during his inspection tour of Renmin University of China,President Xi further emphasized that "accelerating the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics ultimately boils down to building China’s independent knowledge system".As a vital component of philosophy and social sciences,China’s IR academic community bears a heavy responsibility and a lofty mission to further advance innovation in knowledge,theory,and methodology within the discipline.For decades,Western IR theories have been rooted in the diplomatic practices and historical experiences of the modern West,making them inadequate to explain the development trajectories of the vast "Global South",including China.Meanwhile,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s major-country diplomacy has unfolded along a grand and historic course,featuring multifaceted practices and yielding outstanding achievements.Yet,overshadowed by the paradigms,discourses,and conceptual frameworks of Western IR theories,China’s experience in international relations and diplomatic practices has long remained in a state of theoretical disempowerment,making it difficult to refine and elevate such practices into an independent theoretical system.China’s extensive,distinctive,and multifaceted diplomatic practices provide a crucial foundation for building an independent knowledge system in IR.Meanwhile,a practice-oriented approach also serves as crucial guidance for theoretical innovation in China’s IR studies.To further advance this endeavor and better address the questions of China,the world,the people,and our times,this journal has invited four renowned scholars to engage in an in-depth discussion on the theme of "China’s Diplomatic Practice and the Construction of an Independent Knowledge System in International Relations".The aim is to deepen the systematic and theoretical elucidation of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,thereby accelerating the development of an independent knowledge system for philosophy and social sciences in China.更多还原
