以工程实践能力为导向的化工专业实验教学改革研究
Research on the Reform of Chemical Engineering Experimental Teaching Oriented towards Engineering Practice Ability
【摘要】 当前化工类高等教育正面临由知识传授向能力塑造转变的深层挑战。实验教学作为实践教学体系的核心组成,在人才培养质量中的地位愈加关键。基于近年来的化工行业岗位能力需求,探讨了以工程实践能力为导向的实验教学改革路径,提出围绕教学目标、内容结构、教学实施与评价机制的多维重构方案,旨在为其他工科专业的实验课程改革提供启示。
【Abstract】 Current higher education in chemical engineering is facing profound challenges as it shifts from knowledge impartation to ability shaping. Experimental teaching, as the core component of the practical teaching system, plays an increasingly crucial role in talent cultivation quality. Based on the job competency requirements of the chemical engineering industry in recent years, this paper explores the reform path of experimental teaching oriented towards engineering practical ability, and proposes a multidimensional reconstruction plan centered around teaching objectives, content structure, teaching implementation, and evaluation mechanisms. The aim is to provide inspiration for the reform of experimental courses in other engineering disciplines.
