【摘要】 我国药品价格形成机制改革持续深化，目前已全面迈入全链条价值定价的新阶段。针对“双轮驱动”模式下创新药价值量化难度较大、仿制药供应链弹性不足等突出矛盾，文章立足覆盖生产、流通、使用及支付的全链条视角，综合运用文献研究与比较分析等方法，系统梳理国际经验与国内实践，深刻剖析我国现行机制的成效与困境，进而提出构建基于真实世界证据的动态价格调整机制、推动卫生技术评估向定价标准转型等建议，以期建立兼顾医保基金可持续、产业创新活力与药品可及性的药品价格形成体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the reform of China’s drug price formation mechanism continues to deepen,the system is comprehensively entering a new stage of full-chain value-based pricing. Addressing contradictions such as the difficulty in quantifying the value of innovative drugs and the insufficient supply chain flexibility of generic drugs under the “dual-wheel drive” model,it adopts a full-chain perspective encompassing production,circulation,use,and payment. By employing literature research and comparative analysis,it sorts out international experiences and domestic practices while analyzing the achievements and dilemmas of the current mechanism in China. Furthermore,it proposes suggestions such as building a dynamic price adjustment mechanism based on real-world data and promoting the transformation of Health Technology Assessment(HTA) into a pricing standard,aiming to establish a drug price formation system that balances medical insurance fund security,industrial innovation vitality,and drug accessibility.更多还原
