【摘要】 目的：梳理《口腔类医疗服务价格项目立项指南（试行）》（以下简称《口腔类立项指南》）的出台及落地进展，总结典型地区落地实践经验，剖析落地过程中存在的问题并提出对策。方法：通过政策梳理，总结《口腔类立项指南》相关背景与核心内容，结合各省份发文及价格数据筛选出典型省份，分析落地实践资料，总结经验与问题。结果：明确《口腔类立项指南》的制定历程与核心内容，总结典型经验，发现映射难度大、民营机构定价难、价格差异大等问题。结论：《口腔类立项指南》落地已形成可借鉴经验，但在项目映射等方面仍存在待解问题，需结合学科特点与市场实际优化完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the development and implementation progress of the Price Item Guideline for Oral Healthcare Services(Trial Implementation), referred as Guideline for Oral Healthcare, summarize best practices from representative regions,analyze challenges encountered during implementation, and propose solutions. Methods: The background and core content of the Guideline for Oral Healthcare was analyzed by policy documents. It identified representative provinces based on official documents and price data from various provinces,and summarized lessons learned and identified issues by analyzing practical implementation materials. Results: The development history and core content of the Guideline for Oral Healthcare were clarified. Typical experiences were summarized to identify challenges including significant mapping difficulties,pricing challenges for private institutions,and substantial price disparities. Conclusion: The implementation of the Guideline for Oral Healthcare has yielded valuable reference experiences. However,unresolved issues remain in project mapping. Further optimization and refinement are needed,considering both disciplinary characteristics and market realities.更多还原
