【摘要】 常规的医药经济性评估路径存在中立性隐忧、模型复杂性、结果易变性等问题，为了更好地支持管理决策，有必要提出更透明、更中立的医药经济性评价方法。文章基于医药经济学原理，提出将临床疗效分析、经济价值分析、医药价格费用分析等内容独立开展和呈现的结构化评价方法，并基于虚拟案例进行说明。相比常规方法，结构化医药经济性评价方法有更好的透明度和灵活性，更易理解并可更好地支持相关决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conventional pharmacoeconomic evaluation pathways face issues such as implicit neutrality concerns, excessive model complexity, and variability of outcomes. To better support management decision-making, it is necessary to propose a more transparent and neutral pharmacoeconomic evaluation method. Based on pharmacoeconomic principles, it introduces a structured evaluation framework that independently conducted and presented components such as clinical efficacy analysis, economic value analysis, and drug cost analysis. A hypothetical case study was employed for illustration. Structured pharmacoeconomic evaluation offered a more transparent, neutral, and understandable alternative to conventional methods, with the potential to better inform and support healthcare management decisions.更多还原
