四种芽孢杆菌不同配比组合对牡丹生长的影响

【摘要】 【目的】系统比较不同芽孢杆菌菌剂对‘凤丹’牡丹生长的影响,以期为牡丹生产中微生物肥料的科学施用提供理论依据和技术支撑。【方法】本试验选取4种芽孢杆菌,设置不同组合的菌剂处理,对‘凤丹’牡丹采用灌根方式进行试验,以清水作为对照。通过测定牡丹叶片与根系的多项理化指标,系统评估芽孢杆菌菌剂对牡丹生长发育的影响。【结果】施用枯草+解淀粉芽孢杆菌600倍液后,对牡丹叶绿素a含量较CK提升42%,叶绿素b含量提升47%,类胡萝卜素提升44%;施用枯草+解淀粉芽孢杆菌200倍液对牡丹总吸收面积较CK提升177%,活跃吸收面积提升490%。芽孢杆菌对‘凤丹’牡丹生长具有明显的促生效果,SP、SS、POD、SOD、MDA等生理生化指标含量均有不同程度的提高。【结论】复合菌剂对牡丹的促生效果优于单一菌剂,枯草+解淀粉200倍液的复合菌剂综合效果最佳。

【Abstract】 【Objective】A systematic comparison was conducted to evaluate the effects of different Bacillus microbial agents on the growth of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and technical support for the scientific application of microbial fertilizers in peony production.【Method】In this experiment,four Bacillus species were selected,and different combinations of microbial agent treatments were set up.Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’seedlings were treated by root irrigation,with clean water used as the control.Multiple physicochemical parameters of leaves and roots were measured to systematically evaluate the effects of Bacillus microbial agents on the growth and development of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’.【Result】The application of a 600-fold dilution of Bacillus subtilis + Bacillus amyloliquefaciens increased chlorophyll a content in peony leaves by 42%,chlorophyll b content by 47%,and carotenoid content by 44% compared with the control.Application of a 200-fold dilution of Bacillus subtilis + Bacillus amyloliquefaciens increased the total absorptive leaf area by 177% and the active absorptive leaf area by 490% compared with the control.Bacillus species have a significant growth-promoting effect on Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’,with varying degrees of increase observed in physiological and biochemical indicators such as SP,SS,POD,SOD,and MDA.【Conclusion】The growth-promoting effect of the compound microbial agent on Paeonia ostii was superior to that of single microbial agents,with the compound of Bacillus subtilis + Bacillus amyloliquefaciens at a 200-fold dilution showing the best overall performance.
