【摘要】 内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)是治疗早期胃癌的重要方法，但术后迟发性出血是其常见并发症之一。本综述旨在全面剖析与早期胃癌ESD术后迟发性出血相关的各类危险因素及其相互作用，涵盖患者个体特征、病变自身属性、手术相关因素以及其他因素等方面，通过对现有研究成果的整合与分析，为临床医护人员在早期胃癌ESD治疗过程中的风险评估、预防措施制定以及术后管理提供系统的理论依据与实践指导，助力提升早期胃癌ESD治疗的安全性与有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) is an important method for treating early gastric cancer, but delayed postoperative bleeding is one of its common complications. This review aimed to comprehensively analyze various risk factors related to delayed bleeding after ESD for early gastric cancer and their interactions, covering aspects such as individual characteristics of patients, properties of lesions themselves, surgery-related factors and other factors. Through the integration and analysis of existing research results, it provides systematic theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical medical staff in risk assessment, formulation of preventive measures and postoperative management during the ESD treatment process for early gastric cancer, helping to improve the safety and effectiveness of ESD treatment for early gastric cancer.更多还原
