【Abstract】 This paper expounds on Wang Gen’s thought of “The Dao(Way) Lies in the Daily Life of Common People” from three perspectives: the content characteristics of “Dao”, the multiple connotations of “the daily use of the common people”, and the basic meaning of “Ji”(lie in). On this basis, it discusses four significances of integrating this thought into vocational education: laying the cultural foundation, strengthening the human-centered orientation, serving the need for popularization and highlighting the characteristics. This paper also analyzes the integration path: concept innovation, expanding from focusing on the “working world” to the “living world”; system reconstruction, breaking the “cliff-like” dilemma through the integration of vocational and general education and the integration of industry and education; mode innovation, practicing the “unity of knowledge and action” and cultivating technical practical ability through action-based logic; and curriculum optimization, implementing the spirit of “joyful learning” and stimulating intrinsic learning motivation.更多还原
