新型界面改性剂及其在天然橡胶中的应用
New Interface Modifier and Its Application in Natural Rubber
【摘要】 针对天然橡胶(NR)/炭黑(CB)复合材料因内摩擦与熵弹性引起的滞后损耗大、动态生热高的问题,首次以苯甲酰肼与苯甲醛为原料,通过缩合反应制备了苯甲醛苯甲酰腙(BDBD)作为界面改性剂。其结构中的C=N键能捕获NR断链产生的大分子自由基,同时苯环与CB形成π-π相互作用,从而增强界面亲和性、改善填料分散。结果表明:与未改性配方相比,加入BDBD后,复合材料的硫化速度加快;拉伸强度从23.5MPa提高至26.1 MPa,拉断伸长率从410%提高至478%;压缩疲劳温升从32.1℃降低至26.9℃,降幅约16%。雷达图显示,BDBD用量为2.4份时综合性能最优。
【Abstract】 To address the problem of significant hysteresis loss and high dynamic heat build-up in natural rubber(NR)/carbon black(CB) composites caused by internal friction and entropy elasticity,benzaldehyde benzoylhydrazone(BDBD) was for the first time prepared as an interfacial modifier through the condensation reaction of benzoyl hydrazine and benzaldehyde.The C=N bond in its structure could capture macromolecular radicals generated by NR chain scission,while the benzene ring formed π-π interactions with CB,thereby enhancing interfacial affinity and improving filler dispersion.The results showed that compared with the unmodified formulation,the addition of BDBD accelerated the vulcanization speed of the composite;the tensile strength increased from 23.5 MPa to 26.1 MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 410% to 478%;the temperature rase during compression fatigue decreased from 32.1℃ to 26.9℃,with a reduction of approximately 16%.The comprehensive performance radar chart indicated that the overall properties were optimal when the dosage of BDBD was 2.4 phr.
