【摘要】 自由贸易试验区建设是推动中国数字贸易高质量发展的核心制度平台。在系统梳理相关文献的基础上，深入阐析自贸试验区通过制度创新、技术升级与贸易便利化三条路径促进数字贸易发展的内在机理。研究认为；制度创新是根本动力，技术升级是内生动能，贸易便利化是重要支撑，三重路径协同形成良性循环。进一步地，人工智能通过赋能三重路径形成乘数效应，构成“技术—制度”双轮驱动数字贸易的内在逻辑。本研究拓展了自贸试验区与数字贸易互动研究的分析框架，对差异化推进自贸试验区制度创新、引导区域数字贸易协调发展具有重要政策参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of free trade pilot zones is a core institutional platform for promoting the high-quality development of China’s digital trade.Based on a systematic review of relevant literature, this paper deeply analyzes the internal mechanisms by which free trade zones promote the development of digital trade through three paths: institutional innovation, technological upgrading, and trade facilitation.The research suggests that; Institutional innovation is the fundamental driving force, technological upgrading is the internal driving force, and trade facilitation is an important support.The synergy of these three paths forms a virtuous cycle.Furthermore, artificial intelligence forms a multiplier effect by empowering three paths, constituting the inherent logic of the "technology-institution" dual-wheel drive of digital trade.This study expands the analytical framework for the interaction research between free trade zones and digital trade, and has significant policy reference value for promoting institutional innovation in free trade zones in a differentiated manner and guiding the coordinated development of regional digital trade.更多还原
