基于EDEM的旋回破碎机生产率模型研究

【摘要】 旋回破碎机是广泛应用于矿石粗碎阶段的生产设备。物料在破碎腔内的运动轨迹复杂,各项关键参数设置也会对其生产性能产生较大影响。该文以某型号旋回破碎机作为基础参数,通过分析旋回破碎机的内部结构与物料在破碎腔内的运动学特性,推导出生产率模型,利用SolidWorks构建某型号旋回破碎机的三维立体模型,将模型导入EDEM软件进行离散元仿真模拟,最后对比实际生产情况的产量数据分析,旋回破碎机生产率模型基本可靠。该文旋回破碎机生产率模型的建立可以为之后研究其生产率变化及生产性能优化与关键参数配置提供一定的理论参考。

【Abstract】 Gyratory crusher is widely used in ore coarse crushing stage production equipment.The movement trajectory of the material in the crushing chamber is complex, and the setting of various key parameters will also have a great influence on its production performance.This paper takes a certain type of spiral crusher as the basic parameter, deduces the productivity model by analyzing the internal structure of the spiral crusher and the kinematic characteristics of the material in the crushing chamber, constructs the three-dimensional model of Tianbao 60-89 spiral crusher with SolidWorks, and introduces the model into EDEM software for discrete element simulation.Finally, compared with the actual production data analysis, the productivity model of rotary crusher is basically reliable.The establishment of the productivity model of rotary crusher in this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the study of productivity change, production performance optimization and key parameter configuration.
