区块链技术下学生脊柱健康信息系统的模型构建与应用路径
Model Construction and Application Path of Students’ Spinal Health Information System Based on Blockchain Technology
【摘要】 随着数字经济与区块链技术的深度融合,医疗健康领域正经历数字化转型的重要阶段。基于模块化的Hyperledger Fabric,搭建学生脊柱健康区块链系统,采用智能合约实现筛查数据的分析判定,结合可搜索加密技术实现信息的安全保障。针对学生脊柱健康信息系统在激励机制、人才需求、技术监管等方面的问题,提出脊柱电子病历互认、远程康复追踪、健康档案确权与医疗器械溯源四条应用路径,推动学生脊柱健康数据的全过程信息化管理,助力我国学生脊柱健康管理的智能化与高质量发展。
【Abstract】 With the in-depth integration of the digital economy and blockchain technology,the healthcare field is undergoing a crucial stage of digital transformation.Based on the modular Hyperledger Fabric,a blockchain system for students’ spinal health was built.Smart contracts were adopted to realize the analysis and judgment of screening data,and searchable encryption technology was integrated to ensure information security.Aiming at the problems of the students’ spinal health information system in terms of incentive mechanisms,talent demands and technical supervision,four application paths were proposed,including mutual recognition of electronic spinal medical records,remote rehabilitation tracking,confirmation of rights for health files and traceability of medical devices.These paths promote the full-process information-based management of students’ spinal health data and boost the intelligent and high-quality development of students’ spinal health management in China.
