改性碳纳米管的制备及其用量对包边胶性能的影响
Preparation of modified carbon nanotubes and the effects of their compounds on the properties of the tie-in strip
【摘要】 分别采用硅烷偶联剂Si69和KH550对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行功能化改性,研究不同偶联剂种类改性MWNTs及用量对带束包边胶性能的影响。结果表明,与未加入MWNTs组相比,偶联剂法改性MWNTs的分散效果明显;Si69-MWNTs在NR基体中的结合情况较好,对硫化胶的补强效果更为出色,有效提高了带束包边胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度,生热明显降低;当Si69-MWNTs质量份为1~2份时,可以更好的满足带束包边胶对性能的要求。
【Abstract】 The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were modified by silane coupling agents Si69 and KH550 respectively.The effects of different types of coupling agents and their dosages on the mechanical properties of natural rubber(NR) were investigated.The results showed that the dispersion effect of MWNTs modified by coupling agents was significantly better than that of unmodified and acidified carbon nanotubes.The MWNTs modified by Si69 had a better combination with NR matrix and a more outstanding reinforcing effect on NR,effectively improving the tensile strength and tear strength of NR compounds and significantly reducing the heat build-up.When the dosage of Si69-MWNTs was 1~2 phr, it could better satisfy the performance requirements of belt edge wrapping.
