【Abstract】 Building a high-level socialist market economy system is a key objective of the “comprehensive deepening of economic system reform” proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 20 th CPC Central Committee. The practice and application of the digital economy provide impetus for better achieving this goal. The digital economy aims to enhance the functioning of market mechanisms,improve the alignment between government and market forces,and refine the order of fair market competition—all in pursuit of building a high-level socialist market economy. Through digital technologies such as platforms,data,and algorithms,it boosts the efficiency of market operations,optimizes the coordination between government and market,and ensures stable and effective market order. To fully leverage the digital economy’s catalytic role,it is essential to establish a practical foundation for its deep integration and synergistic efficiency with the socialist market economy through three dimensions:digital infrastructure development,fundamental digital economic systems,and foundational digital governance frameworks.
