【摘要】 数字技术赋能公共文化服务质效提升，可以更好地满足人民群众多样化、多层次的文化需求。当前公共数字文化服务供给滞后、效率低下、供需失衡等问题凸显，文章结合数据包络分析和模糊集定性比较分析方法，对29个省、自治区、直辖市的公共数字文化服务供给效率展开测度，探寻提升效率的关键因素与最佳路径。结果显示，地方公共数字文化服务供给效率空间差异显著，技术水平、组织资源和管理能力共同影响供给效率，高效率供给的组态路径可归纳为4种类型，即要素集成驱动型、技术创新驱动型、协同共治型和资源依赖型。文章围绕技术破壁、合作互联、资源精准滴灌等方面对优化公共数字文化服务体系提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital technology improves the quality and efficiency of public cultural services, thereby better meeting the diverse and multi-layered cultural demands of the public. Currently,problems in public digital cultural services are prominent,including lagging supply,low efficiency,and supply-demand imbalances.This article measures the supply efficiency of public digital cultural services across 29 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government using data envelopment analysis and fuzzyset qualitative comparative analysis,and explores key factors and optimal paths to improve efficiency. The results reveal significant spatial differences in the supply efficiency of local public digital cultural services. Supply efficiency is jointly influenced by technological level, organizational resources, and management capabilities. Four configuration paths for high-efficiency supply are summarized: element integration-driven type,technological innovation-driven type, collaborative governance type, and resources-dependent type. The research puts forward suggestions for optimizing the public digital cultural service system through technological breakthroughs,cooperative interconnection,and precise resources allocation.更多还原
