【摘要】 数据治理是深入推进数字中国建设、夯实数字基座、赋能高质量发展与治理现代化的关键支撑。文章在系统辨析数据治理概念的基础上，采用定量与定性相结合的组合数据挖掘方法，对该领域研究主题进行识别，发现政府数据治理、高校教育数据治理、产业数据治理与资产化、医疗健康数据治理、数据跨境流动与安全治理为国内领域研究核心主题，相关研究的关注重点从早期的数据标准化与质量管理，逐步演进至数据流动与价值释放。人工智能数据训练与安全治理、区块链数据确权等弱信号主题社区被识别为未来具有潜力的研究方向，值得学界关注和探讨，以推进数据治理实践发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Data governance serves as a critical underpinning for building a Digital China, consolidating the digital foundation, enabling high-quality development, and modernizing governance. Building upon the establishment of a conceptual framework for data governance,this paper employs a data mining approach that integrates quantitative and qualitative methods to identify research topics within the field. It finds that government data governance, higher education data governance, industrial data governance and capitalization,healthcare data governance,and security governance of cross-border data flow constitute the core research topics in China. Related research has gradually shifted its focus from data standardization and quality management to data flow and value realization. Furthermore,emerging topic communities with weak signals,such as artificial intelligence data training and security governance,and blockchain-based data ownership,have been identified as promising future research directions. These topic communities warrant academic attention and exploration for advancing data governance practices.更多还原
