【Abstract】 To resolve the practical dilemmas and underlying causes under the goals of “virtual-real co-construction” and “digital twin” in the digital transformation of legal education, this study analyzes by integrating information technology and smart education theories. It reveals key constraints such as technological interaction barriers, fragmented knowledge, and systemic lag, and identifies conceptual disconnection, insufficient supporting conditions, and the digital divide as primary causes. The study proposes a transformation pathway that synergistically advances from three dimensions—teacher concepts, smart environments, and student capabilities—providing a systematic framework for constructing a new legal education model aligned with the digital era.更多还原
