【摘要】 [目的 /意义]技术跃迁是指技术突破原有技术轨道并实现技术飞跃式发展的一种技术演化形式。构建技术跃迁量化识别模型有助于把握技术变革趋势,为优化科技资源配置提供支撑。[方法 /过程]从技术跃迁的基本概念与演化特征出发,提出基于单篇专利的技术跃迁量化识别的模型框架与测度方法,并选取移动通信领域开展实证研究。[结果 /结论 ]在移动通信技术领域,技术轨道的变迁初期并未伴随创新程度的显著提升;技术主题的跃迁整体上随技术发展而不断拓展,主要集中在无线电传输技术以及通信资源的管理与分配方面;技术跃迁的方向展现出较强的多元化趋势。本文提出的技术跃迁识别方法从细分的专利技术切入可以避免由于主题划分不当而导致识别结果误差,基于“跃迁型”专利组合的技术分析可以更为细致地揭示出技术跃迁内容。

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] The technological leap refers to a form of technological evolution in which technology breaks through the original technological track and achieves technological leap-forward development. Building a quantitative identification model for technological leap helps grasp the trend of technological change and provides support for optimizing the allocation of scientific and technological resources. [Method/Process] Starting from the basic concept and evolutionary characteristics of technological leap, it proposed a model framework and measurement method for quantitative identification of technological leap based on a single patent, and carried out an empirical study in the field of mobile communication. [Result/Conclusion] The empirical results show that, in the field of mobile communication technology, the initial stage of technological trajectory change is not accompanied by a significant increase in the degree of innovation. The technological theme of the leap in different time phases shows differences, mainly focusing on the radio transmission technology, and the management and allocation of communication resources. The direction of the technological leap shows strong diversification trends. The technology leap identification method proposed in this paper can avoid errors in the identification results due to improper subject division by starting from the subdivided patent technology, and the technology analysis based on the ‘leaping’ patent portfolio can reveal the content of the technology leap in a more detailed way.
