图书馆电子教参平台建设的变革和创新——以清华大学图书馆为例

【摘要】 [目的/意义]随着信息技术的飞速发展,教育领域正迎来数智化时代的新挑战与机遇。图书馆作为知识传播和学术支持的重要机构,其电子教参平台的建设和创新成为了推动教育信息化、智能化的关键。以清华大学图书馆智慧教参平台为例,探讨数智化时代电子教参平台建设中的变革与创新。[方法/过程]清华大学图书馆智慧教参平台围绕资源建设、需求供给流程管理、资源应用3个方面进行建设:(1)资源建设方面,整合教务数据以及扩展教参电子资源形成教参目录体系,开发一体化学习平台;(2)需求供给流程管理方面,平台采用线上流收集和处理教参需求;(3)资源应用方面,对接清华大学统一认证、智能网关系统,开发一站式资源访问平台。[结果/结论 ]清华大学图书馆智慧教参建设涵盖智慧化转型、资源建设与获取、信息服务系统架构等多个方面。整合教务系统数据,打破传统学科壁垒。整合多学科教学资源,促进知识交叉融合。用户行为数据端口开放,避免信息孤岛。建设专题书单,实现资源分类展示。首页教参课程动态智能化推送。数据整合治理,扩展教参资源。线上流的教参申请和处理模式,体现以用户为中心的建设理念。跨界合作,与教务、科研机构和技术公司建立合作关系,共同推动图书馆服务的创新和发展。

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of information technology, the education sector is facing new challenges and opportunities in the era of digital intelligence. As an important institution for knowledge dissemination and academic support, the construction and innovation of library electronic teaching resources platforms play a key role in promoting the informatization and intelligence of education. This paper aims to explore the changes and innovations in the construction of electronic teaching resources platforms in the digital intelligence era, using the Tsinghua University Library’s smart teaching resources platform as a case study. [Method/Process] The Tsinghua University Library’s smart teaching resources platform is built around three main areas: resource construction, demand-supply process management, and resource application. In terms of resource construction, the platform integrates administrative data and expands electronic teaching resources to form a teaching resource directory system, and develops an integrated learning platform. In terms of demand-supply process management, the platform collects and processes teaching resource demands online. Regarding resource application, the platform integrates with Tsinghua University’s unified authentication and intelligent gateway systems to create a one-stop access platform. [Result/Conclusion] The construction of Tsinghua University Library’s smart teaching resources platform encompasses several aspects, including smart transformation, resource construction and acquisition, and information service system architecture. By integrating administrative data, it breaks down traditional academic barriers. The integration of multidisciplinary teaching resources promotes cross-disciplinary knowledge fusion. The open user behavior data interface prevents information silos. The creation of specialized reading lists enables resource classification display, while intelligent dynamic course recommendations on the homepage enhance user experience. Data integration governance expands teaching resources. The online flow for applying and processing teaching resources reflects a user-centered design philosophy. Through cross-sector cooperation with academic administration, research institutions, and technology companies, the platform promotes the innovation and development of library services.
