煤液化沥青族组分的结构及热解特性研究
Structural and pyrolysis characteristics of coal liquefaction pitch fractions
【摘要】 通过对煤液化沥青(CLP,软化点:130℃)的甲苯可溶物(TS)、甲苯不溶-吡啶可溶物(TI-PS)和吡啶不溶物(PI)进行了结构解析,结合计算的平均分子结构参数得到可溶组分的平均分子结构模型;同时,对不同族组分的热解特性和热解气态产物进行了分析。结果表明:TS、TI-PS和PI组分的H/C比和烷基侧链指数RL依次呈减小趋势,芳香度Iar和取代度σ依次增大,分子结构中芳环与烷基侧链共存,分子结构逐渐复杂。TS组分的热解过程分为3个阶段,200~600℃为热裂解缩聚阶段。TI-PS和PI组分热解过程分为4个阶段,其中主要失重的是第二热裂解缩聚阶段。主要热解气态产物是H2O、CO2、CH4、C2+烷烃和轻质芳烃,族组分不同,其气态产物逸出规律也不同。
【Abstract】 In this article, the structure of toluene-soluble fraction(TS),toluene-insoluble pyridine-soluble fraction(TI-PS) and pyridine-insoluble fraction(PI) of Shenhua coal liquefied pitch(CLP,softening point of 130 ℃) were analyzed.The average molecular structure models of the soluble fraction were obtained.Meanwhile, the pyrolysis characteristics and pyrolysis gaseous products of the fractions were analyzed.The results show that the H/C ratio and RL decrease, Iar and σ increase in turn of TS,TI-PS and PI,both the aromatic ring and alkyl side chain exist in the fractions, and the molecular structure gradually becomes complex.The thermal decomposition of the TS could be divided into three stages, in which 200~600 ℃ is the thermal cracking and condensation stage.The thermal decomposition of the TI-PS and PI could be divided into three stages, and the second thermal cracking and condensation stage is the main weight loss stage.The main pyrolysis gaseous products are CO2,CH4,gaseous C2+ alkanes and light aromatics.Different fractions lead to different escape rules of gaseous products.
