【摘要】 文章聚焦生成式人工智能对公共文化服务均等化的赋能作用,剖析生成式人工智能的核心特征与公共文化服务均等化的主要维度,从技术赋能、需求适配、体系重构和价值共创4个方面探讨生成式人工智能赋能公共文化服务均等化的内在逻辑,阐释包含数据驱动的精准化服务、多维协同的智能化资源配置、用户参与导向的反馈循环及持续演进的监管与伦理保障的运行机制,并从构建智能化技术底座、丰富文化内容生态、创新文化服务模式、完善智慧治理体系与强化人才复合能力建设五方面提出生成式人工智能赋能公共文化服务均等化的实现路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the empowering effect of generative artificial intelligence on the equalization of public cultural service,analyzes the core characteristics of generative artificial intelligence and main dimensions of equalization of public cultural service,and discusses the internal logic of equalization of public cultural service from four aspects: technical empowerment,demand adaptation,system reconstruction and value co-creation,explains the operation mechanism including data-driven precise service,multi-dimensional collaborative intelligent resource allocation,user participation-oriented feedback circulation,and continuous evolution of supervision and ethical protection,and puts forward realization paths of generative artificial intelligence empowering equalization of public cultural services from five aspects,namely build intelligent technology base,enrich cultural content ecology,innovate cultural service mode,perfect intelligent governance system and strengthen talent compound ability construction.更多还原
