【摘要】 文章在梳理评述国内外档案数据要素研究概况基础上,重点阐述国家社会科学基金重大项目“数智背景下档案数据要素生态治理研究”的总体研究框架和主要研究内容,包括档案数据要素建设境况以及档案数据要素生态治理的体系构建、制度设计、行动策略与实践场域,进而介绍课题的主要研究思路与研究方法,指出课题的重点难点和创新之处,并明确课题在学术研究和社会服务层面的预期目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of reviewing the research overview of archival data elements at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the overall research framework and main research contents of the National Social Science Fund Major Project, "Research on Ecological Governance of Archival Data Elements in the Context of Digital Intelligence",including the construction environment of archival data elements and the system construction,system design,action strategies and practice field of ecological governance of archival data elements,and then introduces the main research ideas and methods of the subject,points out the key difficulties and innovations of the project,and clears the expected objectives of the project at the level of academic research and social services.更多还原
