【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者发生动脉硬化的主要影响因素。方法 回顾性选取2024年1—12月浙江省丽水市庆元县人民医院内分泌科住院且进行动脉硬化检查的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料，结合彩超检查获取的结果，分为动脉硬化组（50例）和非动脉硬化组（30例）。对比两组年龄、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、右侧臂踝脉搏波传导速度（brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity, BA PWV）、左侧BA PWV，并通过二元Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果 两组年龄、甘油三酯水平对比，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。二元Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、甘油三酯水平为2型糖尿病患者发生动脉硬化的影响因素（P均<0.05）。结论 针对临床收治的2型糖尿病患者，年龄与甘油三酯水平是其发生动脉硬化的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the main influencing factors of arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January to December 2024, the clinical data of 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who underwent arteriosclerosis examination in the Department of Endocrinology of Qingyuan County People’s Hospital were retrospectively selected and divided into arteriosclerosis group(50 cases) and non-arteriosclerosis group(30 cases) according to the results of color Doppler ultrasonography. The age, glycated hemoglobin A1c, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, right brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(BA PWV) and left BA PWV were compared between the two groups, and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis. Results There were significant differences in age and triglyceride levels between the two groups(all P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age and triglyceride level were the influencing factors of arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(all P<0.05). Conclusion For clinically admitted patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, age and triglyceride levels are influencing factors inducing arteriosclerosis.更多还原
