【摘要】 区域一体化发展为激发行政边界地区经济发展活力提供了契机。本文基于2010—2020年省级行政边界县域的卫星灯光、兴趣点等多种尺度数据，构建渐进双重差分及空间双重差分模型，评估国家级城市群建设对省级行政边界地区经济发展活力的政策效果，并对政策的异质性和空间效应进行考察。研究结果表明，国家级城市群建设的实施加速了区域内生产要素流通，通过加强区域经济联系和技术扩散能够有效克服地理障碍限制和行政分割影响，进而激发省界县域的经济发展活力。进一步研究发现，国家级城市群建设所呈现出的正外部性能够促使生产要素在更大范围内流动，为构建全国统一大市场奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The regional integration strategy provides an opportunity to stimulate the economic development vitality of the administrative border areas. Based on multiple scales of data such as satellite lights and points of interest of provincial administrative border counties from 2010 to 2020, this paper constructs staggered difference-in-differences and spatial difference-in-differences methods to assess the policy effects of national urban agglomeration construction on the economic development vitality of provincial administrative border areas, and further examines the heterogeneity and spatial effects of the policy. The results of the study show that the implementation of the policy accelerates the circulation of production factors within the region, and by strengthening regional economic ties and technology diffusion, it can effectively overcome the restrictions of geographic barriers and the influence of administrative segmentation, thus stimulating the vitality of the economic development of the provincial border counties. Further research finds that the positive externalities presented by the construction of urban agglomerations can promote the flow of production factors in a wider range, laying the foundation for the formation of a unified national market.更多还原
