【摘要】 古籍保护是新时代古籍工作的一项重要任务。随着古籍保护事业的发展，古籍保护人才培养成为制约古籍保护高质量发展的关键问题。新形势下，古籍保护人才培养必须服务于国家战略与重大需求，坚持高质量发展原则，发挥交叉学科优势，加强专业化发展，探索中国特色创新型人才培养模式。本文提出由人才结构体系、主体与渠道体系、教学体系、保障体系等共同组成的古籍保护人才培养的总体系，从战略、职业认证、基地建设、数智技术应用、情报能力培养、学科建设等多个方面构建我国古籍保护人才培养的发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preservation of ancient books is an important task in the work of ancient books in the new era. With the advancement of ancient books preservation, the shortage of specialized personnel has become a key constraint on the high-quality development in this field. Under new circumstances, the professional training for ancient books preservation must align with national strategies and major societal needs, adhere to the principle of high-quality development, leverage the advantages of interdisciplinary approaches, strengthen professional development, and explore innovative professional training modes with Chinese characteristics. This paper proposes establishing a comprehensive framework for training professionals in ancient books preservation, comprising a talent structure system, a stakeholder and channel system, an educational system, and a supporting system. It outlines development pathways for cultivating such talents in China across multiple dimensions, including strategic planning, professional certification, base construction, digital and intelligent technology application, intelligence capability development, and disciplinary advancement.更多还原
