【摘要】 国家体育产业示范基地是推动体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的重要抓手。该研究选取中国285个地级市2000—2022年的面板数据，运用双重差分法分析国家体育产业示范基地对区域产业结构优化升级的影响及其作用机制。研究发现，获批国家体育产业示范基地对区域产业结构优化升级具有显著的正向促进作用，该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。从作用机制来看，国家体育产业示范基地通过激发科技创新活力、提高劳动力就业水平，有效赋能区域产业结构优化升级。城市区位和城市规模异质性检验结果显示，东中部地区城市及大城市的国家体育产业示范基地，对区域产业结构优化升级具有显著正向影响;而西部地区城市及中小城市的国家体育产业示范基地，对区域产业结构优化升级的影响则不显著。基于此，提出了促进国家体育产业示范基地高质量发展的针对性建议:坚持创新驱动，全面提升国家体育产业示范基地的科技创新能力;强化激励机制，充分释放人力资本对国家体育产业示范基地的积极影响;因地制宜，增强国家体育产业示范基地高质量发展的区域适配性。更多还原

【Abstract】 National sports industry demonstration bases serve as important levers for promoting the sports industry to become a pillar industry of the national economy. This article selects panel data from 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2000 to 2022 and applies the Differences-in-Differences( DID) method to analyze the impact and underlying mechanism of national sports industry demonstration bases on the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure.The study finds that the national sports industry demonstration bases have played a significant role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure,and this conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness tests. From the perspective of mechanism,the establishment of the national sports industry demonstration bases effectively promotes the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure by stimulating the innovation vitality and improving the employment level of the labor force. The test results of urban location and urban scale heterogeneity show that the national sports industry demonstration bases in the eastern and central regions,as well as in large cities,have a significant positive impact on the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure. However,the national sports industry demonstration bases in the western regions and small-and medium-sized cities have no significant impact on the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure. Based on these findings,the following recommendations are proposed to promote the high-quality development of the national sports industry demonstration bases: Adhere to innovation-driven development to enhance the technological innovation capacity of the national sports industry demonstration bases;Strengthen incentive policies to fully unleash the positive impact of human capital on the national sports industry demonstration bases; Adapt to local conditions to improve the regional adaptability of the high-quality development of the national sports industry demonstration bases.更多还原
