【摘要】 大学生创新创业训练计划（SIETP）是国家为了增强大学生创新创业能力，培养适应国家建设需要的高素质人才开展的实践项目，是新农科背景下高校培养学生科研创新能力和创新精神的重要平台.甘肃农业大学自SIETP实施以来取得了显著成效，但也存在一定的不足.该文以甘肃农业大学植物保护专业为例，分析了SIETP现状和存在的不足，并从新农科背景下创新人才培养的需求出发，提出了进一步完善甘肃农业大学植物保护专业SIETP的改进措施与途径，以期为培养新时代高素质农业人才提供参考依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program(SIETP)is a practical project launched by the government to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students and cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of national construction. It is an important platform for universities to cultivate students’ scientific research and innovation abilities and innovative spirit under the background of new agricultural science. Gansu Agricultural University has achieved significant results since the implementation of the SIETP,but there are also certain problems and shortcomings. This article takes the Plant Protection major of Gansu Agricultural University as an example to analyze the current situation and shortcomings of the SIETP system. Starting from the demand for cultivating innovative talents in the background of the new agricultural science,it proposes specific measures and approaches to further improve the SIETP of our university,aiming to provide a reference for fostering high-quality agricultural talents in the new era.更多还原
