基于地铁的城市快递物流系统绩效量化模拟研究
Quantitative Simulation Research on Performance of Metro-Based Urban Express Logistics System
【摘要】 为了实现基于地铁的城市快递物流系统(M-UELS)的绩效评价并明确各方利益关系,以地铁公司和第三方物流企业之间的竞争关系为基础建立系统动力学模型,并以武汉市为例通过控制地铁快递单价、发车间隔时间、政府补贴3个参数进行模拟仿真,选取地铁公司利润、第三方物流企业利润、环境成本支出、补贴支出、政府支出、系统平均运输成本、系统平均运输时间、城市运能缺口8个指标来量化M-UELS绩效演化规律。结果表明:在武汉市推行M-UELS总体上是可行的,且运能补贴模式比单价补贴模式更具长期优势,但地铁公司在制定快递单价时仍需要根据富余运能情况来调整价格。
【Abstract】 To achieve the performance evaluation of the metro-based urban express logistics system(M-UELS) and clarify the interest relationships among participating stakeholders, a system dynamics model was established based on the competitive relationship between metro companies and third-party logistics(3PL) enterprises. By taking Wuhan City as an example, the simulation was conducted by controlling three parameters: metro express unit price, departure interval, and government subsidies. Eight indicators, including metro profit, 3PL enterprise profit, environmental cost expenditure, subsidy expenditure, government expenditure, system’s average transportation cost, system’s average transportation time, and urban transportation capacity gap, were selected to quantify the performance evolution law of M-UELS. The results show that implementing M-UELS in Wuhan City is generally feasible, and the capacity subsidy model has more long-term advantages than the unit price subsidy model. However, metro companies still need to adjust the express unit price according to the surplus capacity.
