基于标准应力强度因子计算公式的含缺陷典型焊缝疲劳寿命预测程序设计及验证

【摘要】 依据标准中含缺陷焊缝应力强度因子计算公式和裂纹扩展速率模型,设计焊趾含裂纹缺陷角焊缝、焊根含裂纹缺陷十字接头焊缝和含错位缺陷对接焊缝疲劳寿命预测程序。研究标准中含裂纹缺陷和几何结构缺陷焊缝应力强度因子计算方法,确定求解含缺陷典型焊缝疲劳寿命计算方法。利用Matlab软件平台,设计具有可视化三级界面的应力强度因子和疲劳寿命预测程序。利用程序计算含缺陷典型焊缝疲劳寿命,对比程序计算值与试验值或有限元法计算值。结果表明:焊趾含裂纹缺陷未熔透双面焊角焊缝和焊根含裂纹缺陷十字接头焊缝疲劳寿命程序计算值与试验值最大误差分别为4.0%和1.6%;焊趾含裂纹缺陷全熔透单面焊角焊缝和含错位缺陷对接焊缝疲劳寿命程序计算值与有限元法计算值最大误差为5.3%和2.7%。程序计算过程简洁,精度符合工程要求,可用于快速评估轨道车辆承载焊接结构含缺陷焊缝疲劳寿命。

【Abstract】 According to the stress intensity factor calculation formula and crack growth rate model of weld with defects in the standard, the fatigue life prediction program of fillet weld with cracks at weld toe, cross joint weld with cracks at weld root and butt weld with dislocation defects are designed. The calculation method of stress intensity factor of welds with crack defects and geometric structure defects in the standard is studied, and the calculation method of fatigue life of typical welds with defects is determined. Using Matlab software platform, a program for predicting stress intensity factor and fatigue life with visual three-level interface is designed. The values calculated by the program are compared with the test value or the values calculated by the finite element method. The results show the maximum error between the values calculated and the test values is 4.0% and 1.6% respectively for the fatigue life of the incomplete penetration double-side fillet weld with crack defect at the weld toe and cross joint weld with crack defect at the weld root; The maximum error between the values calculated by the program and the values calculated by the finite element method are 5.3% and 2.7%, respectively, for the full penetration single-side fillet weld with crack defect at the weld toe and butt weld with dislocation defects. The calculation process of the fatigue life prediction program of typical welds with defects is simple and its accuracy meets the engineering requirements, which can be used to quickly evaluate the fatigue life of welds with defects in load-bearing welded structures of rail car.
